Cookie policy
Which cookies and other information we store in your browser when you visit Cazare Dracula Land.
This is an English translation for information. The Romanian version is the legally binding one.
1. Who we are

2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a site stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work (for example to keep you logged in), others are used for statistics or advertising. Under Law 506/2004 and the GDPR, strictly necessary cookies can be used without consent; all others need your prior consent.
3. The cookies we use

That is all. We do not use advertising, profiling or tracking cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or similar services. That is why the site does not ask for your consent to cookies: we have nothing to ask for.
4. Other information stored in your browser
When you close the cookie notice, the site remembers this in your browser's local storage (dl_cookie_notice), so the notice is not shown again. It contains no personal data, is never sent to us and stays until you clear your browsing data.
5. Visit statistics without cookies
We count visits on our own server, without cookies: we keep the page address, the number of visits per day, the source of the visit (for example Google or Facebook) and how long the page stayed open and visible, sent by the browser when you close it or switch tab. To count unique visitors we use an encrypted, irreversible fingerprint that changes every day and is deleted after 35 days; the IP address is not stored. Listed owners only see totals for their own page (visitors, views, average time), never data about an individual visitor.
6. External services
On pages with the interactive map, the map library is loaded from unpkg.com and the map images from OpenStreetMap (tile.openstreetmap.org). These services receive your IP address in order to deliver the files, but do not set cookies. Links to Facebook or other sites take you to those sites, which have their own cookie policies. Fonts are hosted on our own server.
7. How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — usually under "Privacy" or "Cookies"). If you block the session cookie, the forms and the partner account will not work.
8. Changes
If we ever add statistics or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent beforehand, with the option to refuse. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. More about how we process data in the privacy policy.
