1. About the platform

Cazare Dracula Land (the "Platform") is an online service that connects travellers with independent owners of accommodation, restaurants, wineries and attractions in the Gherghita area, Prahova. The Platform is operated by SITEURI SI GRAFICA S.R.L., VAT/tax ID (CUI) 39916020, Trade Register no. J2018013741405, registered office: Bd. 1 Decembrie 1918 nr. 22, bl. 8, sc. 1, et. 4, ap. 17, camera 1, Sector 3, Bucuresti, Romania. The Platform acts solely as a technical intermediary and is not a party to the contracts concluded between travellers and the listed owners.

Cazare Dracula Land is an independent website with no official connection to the Dracula Land park or its operators. The park's name is used only to describe the geographical area of the accommodation.

2. How a booking request works

• the traveller chooses the dates and the number of guests and sends a booking request, free of charge and with no obligation;
• the request is sent to the owner, who confirms or declines it; the traveller is notified by email;
• the booking becomes firm only after the owner's confirmation;
• at present the Platform does not take payments; payment is made directly to the owner, on the terms set by the owner;
• the price shown is the starting price per night provided by the owner; the total shown is an estimate, and the final price is the one confirmed by the owner.

3. Responsibilities of listed owners

Each owner is solely responsible for:

• the accuracy of the published information — prices, availability, amenities, photos;
• keeping the availability calendar up to date;
• holding the legal permits and approvals required to operate;
• the quality and safety of the services offered to guests;
• honouring the bookings they have confirmed;
• using travellers' data only for the booking in question, in accordance with the GDPR.

Owners may only upload photos they have taken themselves or for which they hold usage rights. The Platform manually approves every listing before publication and may refuse or withdraw any listing.

4. Limitation of the platform's liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cazare Dracula Land accepts no liability for the accuracy of the information published by owners, the quality or legality of the services they provide, the refusal of a booking request, damage resulting from the use of a listed owner's services, interruptions or technical errors of the platform, or content entered by users.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation and refund policies are set individually by each owner and communicated when the booking is confirmed. Any dispute relating to a booking is resolved first and foremost directly between the traveller and the owner; the Platform can help with communication on request.

6. Partner accounts and commission

Creating an account and publishing a listing involve no subscription or registration fee. For each booking confirmed through the Platform, the owner owes a commission of 6% of the booking value, for the maintenance of the Platform, promotion and marketing (hosting and security, promotion in search engines and on social networks, presentation in English, the booking and notification system, support). The commission does not apply to declined or cancelled requests, nor to businesses that do not receive bookings through the Platform. Restaurants pay no commission; to be displayed on the Platform they pay a monthly subscription of 30 RON, starting with the month of publication, which includes the restaurant page, table reservations, promotion and support. The subscription can be stopped at any time by sending us a message, and the listing is withdrawn at the end of the paid month. Agreement to the commission or the subscription is given when each listing is published, and billing details are communicated by email. Any change to the commission or the subscription is announced to owners in advance. The owner is responsible for keeping the account password confidential.

7. Intellectual property

The platform's own content is protected by copyright. Photos taken from freely licensed sources are accompanied by credit to the author and the source.

8. Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law.
