From Bucharest: the A3 motorway (Bucharest – Ploiesti), then DJ100B to Gherghita. About 47 km in total, around 45 minutes outside rush hour. From Ploiesti it is about 41 km, also via the A3.
By train
Regular trains to Ploiesti Vest and Ploiesti Sud from most major cities. From Ploiesti Sud it is about 37 km to Gherghita, roughly 35 minutes by car or taxi.
